Licensing or publishing queries?
Need a song for film, television or an advertising placement? Often, we control both the master and publishing, so consider us your one stop shop. Contact Adrienne at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I send you a demo?
Due to environmental impact, we are no longer accepting physical demo submissions. If you have music you would like us to consider releasing on Mint, please contact using this submission form.
Tell us what your plans are, why you want to work with us and we will do our best to listen. Also, we should note, we spook easily - so please don't be a nag. If we like it, we will be in touch.
What else can you do to get our attention? Get involved with your local music community. Go on tour. Make lots of friends. Get people talking. We'll notice.
Who distributes your releases?
For info on ordering Mint Records please check out our fancy store, contact us at email@example.com, or reach out to one of the fine, fine people at these superfine distributors:
I placed an order on your Bandcamp page / through your website and haven't received anything yet. What should I do?
Due to the global pandemic, we are mostly working from home, and generally pack up mail order once a week. Shipping delays can be expected in these times so please be patient. Please keep in mind that we are located in Vancouver, Canada, and international shipping can take several weeks.
Can you explain the Mint Records logo?
The Mint Records logo was envisioned by co-founder Bill Baker and executed by Scott Fearnley, he of local computer animation/wizardry fame, who spent many hours studying the shadows made by candies under a spotlight. Some folks have said that the words look like "KILAT Records" but we can tell the difference.
