Equal parts Link Wray, Ennio Morricone, and the Ramones, Calgary’s The Ramblin’ Ambassadors offer up a full-size platter of big-beat, no-bullshit, buzzsaw’n’twang instrumental Rock and Roll.
The band is led by Juno-Award-losing guitarist Brent J. Cooper (Huevos Rancheros), with bandmates Tyler Pickering (Chixdiggit!) on drums, and multi-instrumentalist Garrett Thorson rounding out the squad.
A vinyl E.P. on Spain’s Ghost Highway Recordings was released as part of the world-wide "Collecion Instromudial" in April ’24, following up the band’s three full-length albums on Vancouver’s Mint Records.
