Heaven For Real are back with new music!
Today they announce their forthcoming LP, Who Died & Made You The Dream? and share a Jordan Minkoff-directed music video for the single “Hold Me Back."
Taking cues from campy horror b-films such as House and hybrid animations like Cool World, the music video follows the story of a person who is being haunted by their new haircut that has come to life.
The band says, the song "is a super collaborative track about holding onto the feeling of letting go. Featuring Jen Yakamovich on drums and Olivia Scriven on second vocal, it’s the final stage of the three sounds we’re exploring on Who Died..., carrying the idea of trying to observe your own life as an outsider, and how that’s ultimately also like, a failure - one of the album’s guiding themes."
