Nard News!

Hooray for Mondays! Sure, you probably scour record stores for new releases on Tuesdays. And, yes, Saturday morning cartoons are pretty good too. However, for the next 5 Mondays, Nardwuar the Human Serviette is counting down the weeks until The Evaporators' hyperactive and strangely educational Gassy Jack is out by releasing a series of sporadic music videos on www.mintrecs.com.

Minternship Opportunities!

We love our Minterns. Minterns typically tackle a variety of projects, many that contribute to promoting upcoming albums and tours. Minterns also help maintain peace and ballance in the office. Sure, it’s not 100% glamorous, but, there are several perks to Minterning. Minterns will make interesting new friends. Minterns will probably be sent to a show or two. Minterns will sample a release or two before they hit the streets. Everyone wins.

Bella News!

Hey Vancouver! Friends of Mint - Unplugged

It started innocently enough with plans of having a night out to celebrate mintrecs.com's recent renovations. Then, our talented friends, Cloudsplitter (Ida Nelson and Dave Gowans), Shane Nelken (of The Awkward Stage), Veda Hille, Paul and Lucy (of Young and Sexy) and Victoria's dark lord of the squeezebox, David P. Smith stepped in. Now, we've got ourselves a special acoustic evening booked. So come visit us on August 16th at The Main (4210 Main St.), and visit our Fancy New Website at www.mintrecs.com. It'll be fun. We promise.

Could You Be A Team Mint Contender?

That's right, we're on the lookout for ambitious friends in far away cities and exotic distant lands. Friends who are involved in their local music scene. Friends who are interested in joining our secret society. Friends who can help spread the joys of all things Mint. (And by joys, I mean posters, zines and other Minty goodies.)

How does one get involved?
